2 hr minimum $75 per hour
Team Trainings are great for teams to advance their skills, work on specific areas of concern with professional instruction or just breathe new life into your teams practice routine. Team trainings are specific to each team and what their needs are. Our head instructor will create a practice plan to accomplish your goals within the given time frame in a fun and exciting way!
