Speed & Agility 2 Sessions $40 per kid
Speed & Agility sessions last 1 hour and are limited to 10 kids per session. These training sessions are great for athletes in any sport and of any age. The workouts are centered around achieving good core strength, quickness, agility and proper running form. Workouts include baserunning fundamentals, circuit training, core strength, sprint work, jump roping, cone jumps and other drills to work quick and explosive movements. This training will help take your game to the next level!!
